Once I have ordered, what next? And how long until I receive my order?Once you have made payment, you and I will both receive an email confirming your order. From there, I aim for all orders to be completed between 1 and 3 weeks*. If your order is personalised, I will send you design work asap (usually within 4 days) for you to approve. Only when you have approved the design work will I go ahead with creating your order which can take up to 2 weeks. Once your order is completed, its off to the post office where delivery times are in the hands of the courier but they tell me all deliveries take 3-5 days anywhere around New Zealand. *While I hope to have all orders completed as quickly as possible, created and in the post between 1 and 3 weeks, delays can happen. For example, if there is back and forth exchange between you and I regarding artwork this will delay the start of the creating process time, or if the NZ postal service lengthen their delivery times, the order may take longer to get to you after it leaves me.

How much does postage/delivery cost?There is free post for all Earrings (regardless of how many pairs you buy) for delivery to non-rural addresses. Theres is a $3.50 charge for earrings going to a rural address. All other products currently have a postage flat rate of $12 for non rural delivery anywhere around New Zealand and $15 to rural addresses. There is free post for all orders over $150.00. If you are local to me and based in Cromwell, you will automatically receive free delivery (delivered by me!) upon entering your postcode.

What if there is a mistake in my order?If there is a mistake or error on a personalised order and it is due to you providing incorrect info and is therefore not our fault, we're sorry but we will be unable to provide a refund or free of charge replacement. However, if there is a mistake or error that is our fault and we do something that is not what you asked for, then we will give you the option for a full refund or for us to send a like for like (but without the error!) replacement as urgently as we possibly can. And this of course will come with our sincerest of apologies!! To avoid any errors or mistakes on your part, please make sure you triple check all details of your order (spelling, dates etc.) prior to making payment.

Do you ship internationally?At the moment we don't ship overseas, sorry! We are a small New Zealand, family run business focusing on our surrounding community and New Zealand. As we grow though, we hope to open our doors to shipping worldwide.

Can I use my own artwork?You can send us your own artwork but it must be of decent quality and a PNG file. We are happy to do some touch ups but we can't fix up a big blurry mess! ;) There may be additional costs involved for custom work of this nature.
